Explore Your Personalized Hearing Aid Options

Your hearing needs are unique—and your hearing aids should be too. We’ll guide you through the best options based on your lifestyle, comfort, and goals, so you can hear clearly and live fully.

Behind‑the‑Ear (BTE)

BTE hearing aids are worn comfortably behind the ear, with a clear tube connecting the device to an earpiece inside your ear canal. These are ideal for a wide range of hearing loss, from mild to profound, and are known for their durability and ease of use. They are a great choice for users who need more power or want a larger device that’s easier to handle. Modern BTE models are sleek, lightweight, and compatible with advanced features like Bluetooth connectivity.

Key Features
Comfort

Open‑Fit Option

Lets natural low‑frequency sounds enter unamplified while boosting high frequencies—ideal for those with good low‑frequency thresholds and high‑frequency loss

Flexibility

Telecoil Compatibility

Built‑in T‑coil picks up loop‑system signals in theaters, places of worship, and other venues—reduces background noise dramatically

Durability

IP68 Water / Dust Resistance

Selected BTEs withstand sweat, rain, and brief submersion, suiting active lifestyles and challenging environments

Strength

High‑Power Amplification

Receiver‑in‑Canal (RIC / RITE)

RIC devices are a discreet and modern option that places the receiver (or speaker) directly in the ear canal while the rest of the device sits comfortably behind the ear. This design delivers clear, natural sound and minimizes feedback or distortion. RIC hearing aids are suitable for mild to severe hearing loss and are highly customizable. Their small, lightweight design makes them nearly invisible, offering both comfort and aesthetic appeal.

Key Features

In-the-Ear (ITE)

ITE hearing aids are custom-made to fit snugly inside the outer portion of your ear. They are a great option for those seeking a device with fewer visible components. ITE devices are easy to insert and remove and are perfect for individuals with mild to severe hearing loss. They are large enough to include advanced features like volume control and telecoil functionality while remaining compact for daily wear.

On‑Board Controls

Larger shell accommodates volume wheels and program buttons—perfect for users with dexterity or visual challenges

Advanced Features

Space for directional microphones, telecoil, and tinnitus‑masking functions within the shell

Custom‑Molded Fit

Personalized concha design reduces feedback and enhances sound localization

Robust Amplification

Suited for mild through severe loss with enough room for stronger receivers and noise‑management circuitry

In-the-Canal (ITC)

ITC hearing aids are designed to fit partly in the ear canal, making them less visible than larger models while still being easy to handle. These devices are suitable for mild to moderate hearing loss and offer a balance between discretion and functionality. They are custom-made for a snug fit and can include advanced features like directional microphones. ITC models are ideal for individuals who prioritize aesthetics and convenience in their hearing solutions.

Ease of Handling

The larger size of ITC devices makes them easier to handle, insert, and remove, which can be beneficial for users with dexterity concerns.

Discreet Design

While slightly more visible than CIC models, ITC aids still offer a discreet appearance, fitting snugly within the ear canal.

Custom Fit

Like CIC devices, ITC hearing aids are custom-molded to the user’s ear, providing comfort and a secure fit.

Enhanced Features

The slightly larger size of ITC aids allows for additional features, such as manual volume controls and directional microphones, enhancing user experience.

CROS & BiCROS Hearing Aids

Solutions for Single-Sided Deafness

What Are CROS and BiCROS?

CROS (Contralateral Routing of Signals) hearing aids are designed for individuals with hearing loss in only one ear (single-sided deafness). These devices pick up sounds on the poorer-hearing side and route them to the better ear, effectively providing a form of two-sided hearing. In practice, a small microphone (transmitter) on the deaf ear wirelessly sends sound to a hearing aid on the good ear

BiCROS systems serve patients who have one ear that is unaidable and some hearing loss in the better ear. In a BiCROS fitting, the hearing aid on the better ear does double duty: it amplifies sounds as usual for that ear, and it also receives the transmitted sound from the opposite side. In other words, the better ear’s device functions as both a regular hearing aid and a CROS receiver, making sound from both sides audible.

Who Can Benefit?

  • Single-Sided Deafness (SSD): CROS aids are best for people who have no usable hearing in one ear but normal (or near-normal) hearing in the other. By routing sound from the deaf side, CROS helps these patients detect speech and sounds they would otherwise miss.
  • BiCROS Candidates: BiCROS is for patients whose better ear also has hearing loss. In this case, the device on the good ear provides normal amplification and acts as the CROS receiver, so both ears contribute to hearing.

Invisible Hearing Aids

Invisible-in-Canal (IIC)

IIC hearing aids are the smallest and most discreet option available, designed to sit deep inside the ear canal. These are perfect for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss who want an entirely invisible solution. Custom-fitted for maximum comfort, they offer excellent sound quality and natural hearing experiences. IIC devices are a fantastic choice for those prioritizing discretion and aesthetics in their hearing aids.

Deep Canal Placement for Maximum Discretion

IIC hearing aids are custom-molded to fit deep within the second bend of the ear canal, rendering them virtually invisible when worn. This placement ensures that the device remains out of sight, catering to users who prioritize aesthetics and discretion.

Compatibility with Headgear and Telephones

Due to their deep placement within the ear canal, IIC hearing aids do not interfere with the use of telephones, headphones, or other headgear. This feature is particularly beneficial for individuals with active lifestyles or those who frequently use such accessories.

Natural Sound Experience

Positioned deep in the ear canal, IIC devices utilize the ear’s natural acoustics to deliver a more authentic sound experience. This placement allows for better sound localization and reduces the sensation of one’s own voice sounding amplified or “boomy,” a common issue known as the occlusion effect.

Comfortable and Secure Fit

Each IIC hearing aid is custom-crafted based on an impression of the user’s ear canal, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. This customization not only enhances comfort but also ensures the device stays securely in place during daily activities.

Completely-in-Canal (CIC)

CIC hearing aids are extremely discreet, fitting entirely inside the ear canal for minimal visibility. They are best suited for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss and are custom-molded for comfort and security. While small in size, they provide clear sound quality and are easy to remove with a small pull-out string. CIC devices are perfect for those seeking an almost invisible hearing solution without compromising performance.

Discreet Appearance

CIC devices fit entirely within the ear canal, making them nearly invisible to others.

Custom Fit

Each CIC hearing aid is custom-molded to the user’s ear canal, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit.

Natural Sound Quality

Positioned deep in the ear canal, CIC aids utilize the ear’s natural acoustics to deliver a more authentic sound experience.

Ease of Use with Phones

Due to their placement, CIC hearing aids allow users to use telephones and other devices naturally, without interference.
